• How do I estimate my shipping cost?

  Free shipping is available on all orders over 25 packs (50 rolls). For orders under 25 packs, we apply a flat shipping fee of $10.
• How do I track my order?

  Order tracking is easily accessible on your account dashboard orders page. For registered/logged-in users that page is here. By clicking the "Track" button the latest information available from our courier (Canpar) is viewable.
• Can I customize my labels?

  Custom labels are our specialty! You can learn more about customization here or call 1-888-933-4336 to speak with our knowledgable staff who will get you the best price based upon your needs.
• How long will it take for my labels to arrive?

  Orders take between 2-5 business days to arrive. Unless it is a custom order, your labels will ship out on the same day you place your order.
